No-deposit bonuses
These standard rules apply to every bonus unless the specific promotion rules of an offer say otherwise. A no-deposit casino bonus carries x40 wagering and a maximum withdrawal of x5 the bonus amount. Winnings above that cap are voided and removed at withdrawal.
Winnings from no-deposit free spins carry x40 wagering on those winnings and are capped.
Deposit bonuses
A deposit casino bonus requires x35 wagering on the initial deposit plus the bonus and has a maximum withdrawal of x10 the bonus amount. Winnings above the x10 limit cannot be withdrawn.
Wagering order and time limits
You first wager your real money balance, and the bonus balance only after that. Wagering must be completed within 10 days for casino bonuses and within 30 days for sports bonuses after you receive them. When that period ends, the remaining bonus and the winnings from it are voided.
A withdrawal request before wagering is complete voids the bonus balance and all winnings from it.

Eligibility and fair use
Each bonus offer is limited to one per person, family, household address, telephone number, personal or shared computer and personal or shared IP address.
Promotion abuse includes minimum risk strategies such as roulette bets that cover 24 or more of the 37 spots on the table, individual bet amounts above the maximum bet before wagering is met, switching from low-weighted or unweighted games to a high-weighted game after large wins, and two-tier betting. In these cases we may void the promotions and the winnings from them and stop further participation.

Daily events and live betting

Odds and placed bets
Bets are accepted from our daily odds line of upcoming matches. Each bet uses the line operating at the time of the bet. We may change odds and handicaps or remove an event, and bets placed before the change keep their original terms.
After placing a bet, you cannot cancel or change it.
Minimums, selections and live delay
The minimum bet per event is 0.5 in your account currency. Our multi-bets and system bets can contain up to 30 selections. Live bets are subject to a delay that varies by sport and competition.
Settlement and free-bet rollover
Unless otherwise stated, bets are settled on the result of regular time. Where no tie price is quoted and the official rules give no clear winner, or the official result is a tie, dead heat rules divide the stake by the number of runners involved and pay full odds on the divided stake.
Free-bet winnings must be wagered at least x3 on singles or multi-bets before a withdrawal, and bets with odds less than 1.5 do not count. Only bets settled as won or lost count towards rollover requirements.
Postponed and abandoned events
For a delayed or postponed event, all bets remain valid if we keep the event open and it starts within 48 hours of the official start time. Otherwise we may void the bets and refund the stakes.
For events abandoned after start time and resumed by the organiser inside that same window, we may keep all bets valid and settle them on the result. If play does not resume in time, we settle the determined markets decided before the event stopped and void the rest with stakes refunded, and we may also void every bet on that event and refund all stakes.
